Dexter Missions

Dexter Missions are autonomous trading agents that execute your strategy around the clock. You define what you want to happen, fund your agent wallet, and the agent handles execution without any further input from you.

This is actual automation—not alerts that require you to act. Your agent monitors conditions continuously and executes trades the moment conditions are met.

Mission Types

Dexter supports four types of missions, each designed for a specific trading goal:

Accumulate

Automatically buy a token when its price drops below your target. Perfect for dollar-cost averaging into positions or catching dips.

Configuration:

Target Token: The token you want to buy (e.g., DEXTER, SOL, DREAMS)
Buy Below Price: The price threshold that triggers a buy
Total Budget: Maximum amount to spend across all trades
Max Per Trade: Maximum amount for any single trade

Example: "Buy DEXTER whenever it drops below $0.004, spending up to $25 per trade, until I've invested $500 total."

The agent will:

Monitor the token price continuously
Execute a buy when price dips below your target
Continue buying on each dip until budget is exhausted
Track total spent, tokens acquired, and average buy price

Take Profit

Automatically sell a token when its price rises above your target. Lock in gains without watching charts.

Configuration:

Target Token: The token you want to sell
Sell Above Price: The price threshold that triggers a sell
Amount to Sell: Total tokens to sell
Max Per Trade: Maximum tokens to sell in any single trade

Example: "Sell my DREAMS if it hits $0.15, selling up to 5000 tokens per trade."

The agent will:

Monitor the token price continuously
Execute a sell when price rises above your target
Continue selling on each pump until amount is depleted
Track total proceeds, tokens sold, and average sell price

Monitor

Watch price levels and receive alerts when conditions are met. No automatic execution—just notifications.

Configuration:

Target Token: The token to watch
Price Levels: Upper and/or lower price thresholds
Alert Type: Notify when price goes above, below, or moves by a percentage

Example: "Alert me if ZAUTH moves more than 10% in either direction."

The agent will:

Monitor the token price continuously
Send notifications when price conditions are triggered
Track all-time high and low prices observed
Continue monitoring until you pause or delete the mission

DCA (Dollar-Cost Average)

Set up recurring buys on a schedule. Automate your accumulation strategy.

Configuration:

Target Token: The token you want to accumulate
Amount Per Buy: How much to spend each time
Frequency: Daily, weekly, or custom interval

Example: "Set up a DCA for PENGU with $50/week."

Creating Missions

There are two ways to create a mission:

Natural Language (Recommended)

Navigate to dexter.cash/missions/chat and describe what you want in plain English:

"Buy DEXTER if it drops below $0.004, spend up to $50"

The AI parses your intent and extracts:

Token to trade
Price target
Budget constraints
Mission type

You'll see a preview of the parsed configuration before confirming. No forms to fill out, no parameters to understand.

Manual Setup

Navigate to dexter.cash/missions/new for complete control:

Choose Strategy: Select Accumulate, Take Profit, Monitor, or DCA
Configure Parameters: Fill in token, price, budget, etc.
Name Your Mission (optional): Helps identify it later
Start Mission: Deploy your agent

Managed Wallets

Every user gets a dedicated managed wallet for their Dexter Agent to trade from.

How It Works

Assignment: When you create your first mission, a wallet is assigned to you
Funding: Deposit SOL to your managed wallet address
Trading: Your agent uses this wallet for all trade execution
Withdrawal: You can withdraw funds anytime

Transparency

Full transaction history visible in the UI
Direct Solscan links to verify every trade on-chain
Real-time balance display showing SOL and token holdings
QR code for easy deposits from mobile wallets

Your managed wallet is non-custodial from a transparency perspective—every transaction is verifiable on-chain, and you maintain control over withdrawals.
