Connect Your Agent

Follow Connect Your Agent to add OpenDexter to your client and authorize account access. Your account needs available funds for purchases; follow Add Money to fund it.

Approve the Purchase

OpenDexter checks the current price against the account's approved spending controls before a purchase. If your client asks to approve an action, review the service and price. If Dexter opens an approval, review the agent's account access and confirm it with your passkey. Manage that permission later under Agents in Dexter Wallet.

The agent uses the sources it finds to write the comparison in your conversation. Open the links to check published prices and booking details before choosing a space.

Find the Payment

When the task uses a paid service, open Activity in Dexter Wallet and expand the purchase. The receipt shows the amount and recorded outcome, with the agent involved and transaction links when available. Your conversation holds the research; your account keeps the payment history.

If a request stalls, ask your agent to check that purchase's status before trying again. It can retrieve the recorded outcome without submitting another purchase.
