Your passkey gives you access to your Dexter Account and lets you approve Wallet actions. Save it with a device or passkey provider you can use again when you return.

Create a Wallet

1. Open Dexter Wallet and choose Create Wallet.
2. Enter a name under Name your wallet, or keep the default name. You can rename it later.
3. Choose Create your Dexter Wallet and complete the passkey prompt from your browser or device.
4. When your Wallet opens, check Money for its balance and activation status.

You choose agent permissions when you connect an agent.

Activate Your Wallet

If Money shows Add $1 to Activate, add USDC on Solana until the Wallet holds at least 1 USDC. Dexter checks for the deposit and shows any amount still needed.

At Ready to Activate, choose Activate Dexter Wallet and approve with your passkey. Activation enables onchain Wallet actions. You can confirm the result in You, where Wallet status changes to Active.

If the balance could not be loaded, choose Check balance again. A cancelled passkey prompt leaves activation available to try again.

Sign In Again

Open Dexter Wallet, choose Sign in with Dexter, and select this Wallet's passkey. An existing browser session may open your Wallet directly.

In You, check the Wallet name and address. Rename lets you change the name; choose Save to keep it. Click the address to copy it.

If the expected Wallet does not appear, check the device or password manager where you saved its passkey. Choose Reconnect Dexter when prompted, or Try again if the connection failed. Creating another Wallet gives you a separate account.

Use Another Device

Open Dexter Wallet on the new device and sign in with the same passkey. Use your passkey provider's sync or cross-device options where available. Compare the address in You with your existing Wallet to confirm you opened the same account.

Your account keeps its funds, activity, and credit obligations when you change browsers or devices.

Disconnect This Browser

In You, choose Disconnect browser to end the browser session. The local Wallet record and passkey remain available for your next sign-in.

Remove Wallet, under Remove from this device, clears the local Wallet record and may send a credential-removal request to your passkey provider. The account and its funds remain onchain. Check that you can still access this Wallet's passkey before confirming. Acknowledge the passkey requirement and choose Remove Wallet, or Keep Wallet to cancel.
